About our new systems: We build reliable business-class systems that come with outstanding service. For example, we guarantee our heatsink fans for life, because they are the same high quality Japanese-made Sanyo-Denki CPU cooling heatsink fans that Intel uses on their retail boxed products (the only Intel CPUs that come with a warranty). These expensive fans are difficult to obtain, but it is worth the effort to us since it pays off in virtual elimination of fan replacement service calls. Our computer enclosures are all cooled by a minimum of three fans: intake, exhaust, and circulation issues are all resolved. We use only Western Digital hard disk drives, which cost about $20~$40 more than their competitors, because they have a lower failure rate than other makes. We sell only Iomega removable-media hard disks, since they are the only makes that meet our standards of reliability. We use only Teac floppy diskette drives because of their reliability record. The same goes for our AMD Athlon CPUs, Toshiba CD ROM drives and Yamaha CD re-writers. ATI graphics, Creative Labs audio, Rockwell-based hardware (non-Win) modems, D-Link network products, Genius and Logitech input devices, Newpoint and Square D power protection products, and Microsoft O/S and software products which all help us maintain above average reliability records. We also offer even higher-end lines such as: Intel, 3Com, Hewlett-Packard, Plextor, and American Power Conversion.
